Sections in AgencyBloc
AgencyBloc has a few sections to help you keep track of everything. You can track contacts and policies, create activities/tasks, upload notes and attachments. You can keep track of todos and events in each section using activities. Here are few details to help you get started.
The dashboards area helps you get a handle on everything happening in your agency. Track activities, use graphs, and view saved searches to get a snapshot of your book of business and quickly understand what is happening. In the dashboard section, you'll find four dashboard areas to monitor each aspect of your agency. Learn more in the dashboards and activities help area.
Use the groups area to track companies and organizations. You'll recognize a contact as a group based on the purple block. You can add group information, notes, policies, and individuals related to that group, they are all tracked on the group page. Learn more in the contacts help area.
Add clients and prospects to AgencyBloc as individual contacts. You'll recognize a contact as an individual based on the red block. You can add detailed information, notes, policies, and groups and related to that person, they are all tracked on the individual's page. Learn more in the contacts help area.
Keep track of policies and coverage details. You'll see policies as a teal block. Each policy is required to have a policyholder (a group or an individual), a carrier, a status, and a coverage type. Add detailed policy & coverage details, notes, and attachments. Learn more in the policies & coverages help area.
Store and track information about agents using the agents area. You'll see agents as a blue block. You can add agent contact information, license, E&O, contracts, and notes. Learn more in the contacts help area.
Track carrier information and products in the carrier area. Carriers are represented as a pinkish block. You can add carrier contact information, products, forms, web credentials, notes, and attachments. Learn more in the contacts help area.
