Find Leads using Advanced Search
When agent, group, or individual records are created in AgencyBloc from a lead form, the record is set with a type, lead source, and lead date. With that in mind, you can create and save an advanced search to track leads based upon dates, lead source, and type based on how you set up the lead form.

Find Leads using Quick Search
When group or individual records are created in AgencyBloc from a lead form, the record is set with a type. If your group types and individual types have been categorized in Data & Custom Field Settings, you can easily separate leads from clients and other types in Quick Search.
Using Automated Workflow for Leads
If you’ve activated Automated Workflow, you can create workflows to automate tasks when a lead completes the form on your website. You can set up workflows to send email notifications to the lead and your team, and create and assign activities for follow-up.
Here’s an example of how to set up a workflow to track and follow-up with new leads.
Example workflow details
