Store and track information about agents using the agents area. You'll see agents as a blue block. You can add agent contact information, license, E&O, contracts, and notes. Learn more about tracking agents.
Basics of Agents
If you want to attach a servicing agent to a group, individual, or policy they must exist as an agent under the Agents tab. The Agents tab is not the same as users. Add agent as many agent records as you need.
Agencies & Agents
Agents must be attached to an agency. To add an agency to your account, from the +New button, select Agency. You can delete and edit agencies through the Manage Agencies button on the upper right of the main agent page.
Agent Tabs & Summary
Store specific personal, contact, lead and custom information per agent. There several tabs for storing agent information following Agent Detail.
Activities for agents are going to be internal task and reminders. Activities related to a group/individual or policy should be created for the group/individual or policy with the agent assigned as the follow-up. Please see the Activity Overview article for more information about creating and using activities.
This tab will show any agency association. To add an association “Create New” Click on agency name to update or edit association.
Clients & Policies
These two tabs provide a list of clients/policies that are associated with a particular agent. The agent must be listed as the Servicing Agent or Additional Agent under the detail of the group/individual or policy.
E&O, Contracts, Licenses
Store agent E&O Insurance, Carrier Contracts, and State Licenses uploads, information, and dates for quick and easy references.
Notes & Attachments
Create notes or attachments related to the agent. To add a new note or attachment select “Create New” in the upper-right.
Store personal data about your agents as an internal reference.
*This tab only shows if your subscription includes the commission module. Use as a reference to store commission-related information.
This tab lists emails associated to the agent using Outlook Email Sync. It also lists emails you sent to the agent using Email Marketing or Automated Workflow.
This tab shows all automated workflows that include the agent as a trigger condition.
The agent summary includes contact info, clients split into groups and individuals by type, the number of in-force policies by holder type and coverage type, open activities, and a pinned note.
Edit the Agent Detail Page by clicking into any field to add/edit information relevant to the Agent. Once changes have been made scroll to the bottom of the page to select “Save”.
Customize the options in the drop downs and create custom fields for any extra information to be tracked. Please see Data & Custom Fields for more information.
Delete an agent on the Agent Detail page. Their name will remain on any individual/group/or policy as the Servicing Agent or Additional Agent.
