After you add employment info, you may need to look it up from time to time. Viewing and reporting on employment info helps with group renewals or just keeping up with day to day events. Learn about viewing employment info in this article.
View on a Group
You can view employment info on the individuals tab on a group to quickly see a list of employees. Customize your column settings to tailor what you want to see. You can add just a few employment fields or all of them to see everything at a glance.
Additionally, you can download data to get a list of the employees in a group with their employment data. You can also access this information in the groups report to get a list of multiple groups with their employees.
View on an Individual
As you are viewing an individual associated with a group, you’ll see employment classification and status near the individual's name. To see more employment info about the individual or edit details, click on the green pencil icon.
Download as a Report
To download reports, users need Visible report permissions.
Go to the reporting section of AgencyBloc and select the groups report.
Select include individuals and then check Include employment fields. You can filter your report by checking various options. As a reminder, with no items checked, you will receive a list of all the groups in your account.
Is there a way to add or update a large number employees all at the same time?
