Overview
Add clients and prospects to AgencyBloc as individuals. You'll recognize a record as an individual based on the red block. You can add detailed information, notes, relationships, policies, and show how an individual is connected to a group. They are all tracked on the individual's page. Learn more about individuals.

Basics of Individuals
The Individuals area provides a list of every individual, including stand-alone individuals, individuals associated with a group, and individuals associated with carriers as contacts.
Individual Tabs & Summary
Individual Detail
Store specific personal data, lead and custom information per individual. The detail tab is followed by a series of individual-specific tabs.
Policies
A list of policies associated with the individual. Policy Number hyperlinks to the policy detail page. Policies can be created for this page with the “Create New” button. This will create and automatically tie the new policy to the individual.
Activities
Activities that are related to the individual. Please see the Activity Overview article for more information about creating and using activities.
Notes & Attachments
This tab is for storing notes or attachments related to the individual. To add a new note or attachment select “Create New” in the upper-right.
Relationships
Creates connections between the individuals in the system; identify Spouse, Child, Parent, Sibling or create custom relationship tags.
Emails
This tab lists emails associated to the individual using Outlook Email Sync. It also lists emails you sent to the individual using Automated Workflow and Email Marketing.
Workflows
This tab shows all automated workflows that include the individual as a trigger condition.
Individual Summary
The individual summary includes contact info, in force policies, relationships, open activities, and a pinned note.
Record Actions
Edit any page by clicking into a field to add/edit information relevant to the Individual. Once changes have been made scroll to the bottom of the page to select “Save”.
Customize the options in the drop downs and create custom fields for any extra information to be tracked. Please see Data & Custom Field Settings for more information.
Delete an individual at the bottom of the Individual Detail page. Any policies associated with the individual must be removed before the individual can be deleted. All Activities must be in a complete status.
