**The Activity can be a parent or thread Activity, as long as it has the earliest Activity Date based on selected filters.

Interpreting the data
With this report, you’ll want to pay close attention to the “Time to Contact” column. This column will show you the number of days it took for someone to reach out to the lead.
This number is calculated by taking the Group/Individual’s Lead Date and subtracting the First Activity Date.
The “First Activity” can be any Activity that is associated with a Group/Individual as long as it has the earliest Activity Date.
Filtering the data
If you have a lot of data, it could take AgencyBloc a little time to export your lead data. To narrow your report results and improve the report download speeds, use any of the following filters:
- Report Type - Only Group or Individual lead data will be included in the report results.
- Type - Only Group/Individual leads with the specified type(s) will be included in the report results.
- Status - Only Group/Individual leads with the specified status(es) will be included in the report results.
- Lead Source - Only Group/Individual leads with the specified lead source(s) will be included in the report results.
- Project Code - Only Group/Individual leads with the specified project code(s) will be included in the report results.
- Lead Date Range - Only Group/Individual leads that have a Lead Date within the specified range will be included in the report results.
- Servicing Agent - Only Group/Individual leads with the selected Agent in the Servicing Agent field will be included in the report results.
- Activity Type - Only Group/Individual leads with the earliest activity associated with the lead (based on Activity Date) among the selected type(s) will be included in the report results.
- Activity Status - Only Group/Individual leads with the earliest Activity associated with the lead (based on Activity Date) among the selected status(es) will be included in the report results.
- Activity Method - Only Group/Individual leads with the earliest activity associated with the lead (based on Activity Date) among the selected method(s) will be included in the report results.
Also, leads can have multiple Activities for many different things in addition to initial contact—e.g., tasks, events, appointments, and reminders.
To hone in on Activities that only pertain to the initial contact of a lead, you can use the report's Activity filters.
For example, you can use the Activity Type to narrow your report results to include only Groups/Individuals with Activities that have a Type of “Initial Contact” or whatever Type you use to indicate initial contact.
