This article explains why email campaigns, workflows, or account-level sending may be disabled and what to do next.
If you are being directed to this article, it is probably because a campaign or workflow has been disabled due to a spam or bounce rate being too high, or sending emails and workflows have been disabled on your account due to excessive spam. Exceeding a bounce or spam threshold rate can cause your email campaigns and workflows to be disabled.
Why did this happen?
Disabled campaign or workflow
An email campaign or automated workflow is disabled when a spam or bounce rate is too high.
All other email campaigns, automated workflows, and features in AMS+ will continue to work normally.
Review your campaign or workflow to ensure you are following best practices.

Disabled account sending
We disabled sending email and workflows on your account until we are sure that your email campaigns and workflows are in good order.
All other features in AMS+ will continue to work normally.
AMS+ monitors email thresholds that could harm your sending reputation. That is why we disable sending until we can identify what is going on.
