This article explains how to customize the AMS+ Sales Dashboard and describes the actions available on it. The Sales Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your newest leads, recent phone calls, Activities, SOAs, and more — all configurable to fit your day-to-day workflow.
Requirements
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Sales Enablement Visible permission.
- To customize Sales Dashboard settings:
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Users permission.

How to customize the Sales Dashboard
If you're assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Users permission, you can edit the Sales Dashboard and choose what information is displayed. Please note that any changes you make to Sales Dashboard Settings will take effect immediately for all users in your account.
To get started, go to My Agency Settings > Sales Dashboard Settings.
You will see a list of Record Types that display on the Dashboard. The Dashboard will show additional information on the temperature counts, status counts, and recent records for each Record Type. If you want to add another Record Type or change the record information that shows on the Dashboard, go to the Record Types setting.
In Dashboard Reports, you can personalize the Dashboard with Saved Reports. Choose the report you want to add and set the display format.
There are 5 formats to choose from. Each presents a different view into the report data.

Below the Dashboard Reports section are additional options to display call metrics (if you have VoIP), unsigned Scope of Appointments, and recent Activities on the Dashboard.

Actions you can take on the Sales Dashboard
- Unsigned Scope of Appointments: In this section, you can edit, email, text, delete, or open any unsigned Scope of Appointment (SOA) for signature.
- Recent [Sales Record Type]: For each Sales Record listed, you can add a note, make edits, or add the Sales Record to a call queue.
- Account Activity: This section provides quick access to the most recently updated Sales Record.
- 10 Most Recent Inbound and Outbound Calls: For each call listed, you can access the associated Sales Record, if one is available.
