Reports to run
To run reports in Ease, you must be a ‘Broker Admin’ in Ease.

- In Ease, navigate to ‘Reports’ in the top menu.
- On the Reports page, go to the ‘Available’ tab.
- Set the Company to the Agency Name (usually the first option in the dropdown).
- Select the ‘Plan Premium’ report.
- Navigate to the ‘Generated’ tab, and select the name of the new report (filename format: <Company Name> - Plan Premium.csv) to download it to your computer.
- Populate these columns in the AMS+ import file.
Company-level Plan Premium report
When a new Company is added to Ease, you will need to add the Group and Policy data to AMS+. You can do this manually, or use the import process.
- In Ease, navigate to Reports in the top menu.
- On the Reports page, go to the Available tab.
- Select the new Company.
- Select the ‘Plan Premium’ report.
- Navigate to the Generated tab, and select the name of the new report <Company Name> - Plan Premium.csv - the report will be downloaded to your computer.
- Populate these columns in the AMS+ import file.
Prepare Ease data for import
- Download the Groups with Policies (.csv) import template.
Please note, you must be an administrator to download this template. - Copy and paste these values from the Ease ‘Plan Premium’ report into the import file.
You will want 1 row for each Policy to be added to AMS+. Note: If a Policy has mutiple Coverages/Carrier Products, the additional coverages will need to be manually added after the import. - Save the file as a CSV.
It may help to name it something like “Ease Company and Policy Import”. - When ready, send the import file to help@agencybloc.com and a Data Specialist will help you import the data.
If you want to import the Group addresses and phone numbers:
- Download the ‘Company Report’ in the Available Reports.
screenshot - Copy and paste these values into the same Groups with Policies (.csv) import file.
- Save.
