How to activate your subscription
If you are in a trial account and you’re ready to activate your AgencyBloc subscription:
- Go to the Profile & Settings > Subscription > Billing page.
- Enter your payment and billing information.
- Save.
Upon saving, you will receive additional activation instructions.
Receipt Email
After a successful payment is made, AgencyBloc will send a receipt to your agency’s receipt email. You can add and update your agency’s receipt email on the Billing page. The receipt shows the payment amount, subscription costs and discounts from the previous month.
The costs and discounts in the receipt may not match those on the Subscription page. The statement on this page shows costs and discounts that are actively being applied. These amounts are subject to change until the end of the month. At the end of the month, your agency will be billed for those charges and receive an email receipt as confirmation.
You can view last month’s charges by selecting ‘Last Payment’ in the Payment Info box. Please note, the dates and payment amount in this box will update after your agency has been billed.
Sales Tax
AgencyBloc is required to collect and remit sales tax in a number of US states. Not all states tax the sale of software as a service (SaaS), but it’s becoming increasingly common.
You’ll see a line item for sales tax on your monthly receipt email if you reside in one of the following states:
- Arizona
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Massachusetts
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Utah
- Washington
The rate being collected is determined by your billing address. If you need to change your billing information because you don’t actually reside in a taxable state, you can make those changes on the Billing page in AgencyBloc.
Please reach out to billings@agencybloc.com if you have any questions.

Common Questions
Why don’t the charges in my receipt email mirror the statement on the Subscription page?
Your agency's statement on the Subscription page shows all costs and discounts that have accumulated as of right now. The receipt email shows all costs and discounts that your agency was billed for last month. You can view last month’s receipt email by selecting ‘Last Payment’ in the Payment Info box on the Subscription page.
Can I add additional users after I've subscribed? How does that impact my subscription?
Yep! Select the ‘Edit’ button in the Active Users box and add the user. The new user will be reflected on your bill.
Can I pay the bill up front, annually as opposed to monthly?
No. Payments can only occur on a month-by-month basis.
