Please note, Administrator users may access subscription information, but only Account Owners can access billing and payment information.

Package Types and Add-Ons
In AMS+, your account’s features are determined by its Package Type and Add-Ons.
Package Types
Grow
The Grow Package Type includes our foundational servicing, reporting, and automation features, plus the following:
- API Access
- Compliances Features: SOA & ACA Consent & Attestation
- Custom Reporting
- Lead Management
- Nylas Email Integration
- Quoting & Enrollment Integrations
- SMS Texting
Accelerate
The Accelerate Package Type includes everything in the Grow Package, plus the following:
Elevate
The Elevate Package Type includes everything in the Grow and Accelerate Packages, plus the following:
Scale (Discontinued)
Note: We continue to support the Scale Package for existing clients. However, this package is no longer available for upgrades or to new clients.

Add-Ons
Commissions+
The Commissions+ Add-On allows your agency to import, pay, track, and project commissions in AMS+.
If your agency is interested in processing commissions using AMS+, please have your Account Owner reach out to your dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) for personalized consultation and guidance.
Monthly Usage Stats
To view a breakdown of your agency’s package features, usage stats, and user totals for the current billing cycle, go to the Profile & Settings > Subscription page. The feature details shown will vary slightly based on your package, but the usage data is the same across all packages.
Features
Displays usage stats on the total number of Email Marketing emails sent and API Requests made during your current billing cycle.
Add-Ons
Displays usage stats on the total number of commission entries that were processed during your current billing cycle.
Users
If you are the Account Owner, you will see a link to view past receipts and your billing cycle and update payment info.
Displays the total number and types of active users associated with your agency's account during the current billing cycle.

Billing and payment information
If you're the Account Owner, you will see a link to your agency's billing portal. Only the Account Owner can view and modify your agency's billing information.
Receipt Email
After a successful payment is made, AgencyBloc will send a receipt to your agency’s receipt email. The receipt shows the payment amount, subscription costs and discounts from the previous month.
Sales Tax
AgencyBloc is required to collect and remit sales tax in certain U.S. states. While not all states tax software as a service (SaaS), it is becoming increasingly common.
If sales tax applies to your location, you’ll see it as a line item on your monthly receipt email. The rate is determined by your billing address.
If you need to update your billing information because you don’t reside in a taxable state, you can make changes on the Billing page in AMS+.

Cancellation Process
If you’re thinking about canceling, please give us a call at (866) 338-7075 or email at help@agencybloc.com. We would love the opportunity to talk to you about your needs from AgencyBloc. We have alternatives to cancellation that can save you money and maximize the benefits of your subscription.
That said, we understand there are many reasons why you might need to cancel. If you are the account owner, you can initiate the cancelation process from the Subscription page.
Note: Per our Terms of Use, you will be required to settle any outstanding balances and cancellation fees on your account to complete the cancellation process.
Download Your Data
After completing the cancellation process, your agency will have until your Paid Thru Date to log in to AMS+ and download your data.
You can download your data through any of the following options:
- Standard Reports - Run any of our pre-configured standard reports for quick downloads of your book of business and commissions data.
- Custom Reporting - Build custom reports for more comprehensive downloads.
- Attachment Archive - Request an archive of all your uploaded files.
Common questions
Can I add additional users after I've subscribed? How does that impact my subscription?
To add a new user, navigate to Settings > Servicing > Users. Once added, the new user will be reflected on your bill. If you're under contract, we recommend reaching out to your CSM to discuss how the additional user may affect your upcoming invoice.
Can I pay the bill up front, annually as opposed to monthly?
No. Payments can only occur on a month-by-month basis.
How is pricing for my Commissions+ feature calculated?
Commissions+ is an add-on solution for your contract. Its cost depends on the number of Commission Entries in your account each billing period and is added to your monthly AgencyBloc subscription.
- First Block of Commission Entries: $125/month
- Each Additional 5,000 Entries: $125/month
