This article explains how to stop a Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow for a record in AMS+. Stopping a workflow removes the record from it and cancels any remaining actions.
Requirements
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- To view a record's triggered Legacy Servicing Automated Workflows:
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Visible permission for the appropriate record type (Agent, Group, Individual, or Policy).
- If you're an Agent CRM User, you need access to records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Visible permission for the appropriate record type (Agent, Group, Individual, or Policy).
- To remove a record from an active Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow:
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Visible and Edit permissions for the appropriate record type (Agent, Group, Individual, or Policy).
- If you're an Agent CRM User, you need access to records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Visible and Edit permissions for the appropriate record type (Agent, Group, Individual, or Policy).
How to stop a Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow
To stop a Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow for a record:
- Open a record, then select the Workflows tab.
- Choose Legacy Workflows > Triggered Workflows from the dropdown.
- Under the Status column, select the Stop button to halt the workflow.

- You're all set!
The record will be removed from the workflow and any future actions will be stopped.
