This article explains how to track triggered actions and workflows from Legacy Servicing Automated Workflows for a record in AMS+. After a workflow runs, you can view its actions on the record to see all communications sent and workflows triggered for that contact.
Requirements
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Visible permission for the appropriate record type (Agent, Group, Individual, or Policy).
- If you're an Agent CRM User, you need access to records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.

View triggered actions
After a Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow performs an action, you can view its details on the record's Workflows > Triggered Actions tab. This tab shows all triggered actions across all workflows for the record.
Use this information to catch up on the latest communications sent to a recipient and monitor workflow actions to prepare for any future contact points.

| Subject |
Subject of the action taken. Select to view the email or be taken to the activity. If you included variable data in the email subject, the subject may differ on each contact record that was sent an email from the workflow. |
| Action Type | The type of action that was taken: send an email or create and assign an activity. |
| Name | The workflow that performed the action. |
| Recipient/Assignee | The user or record that received the email or was assigned the activity. |
| Date Sent/Assigned | The date the action was taken. |
View triggered workflows
After a Legacy Servicing Automated Workflow has been triggered by a record, you can view the details on the record's Workflows > Triggered Workflows tab. This tab shows all workflows that the record has triggered.
A workflow can be triggered by one record while its actions send emails or create activities for a different one. Use this tab to review, monitor, and manage workflows for specific contacts.

| Trigger Type | The trigger type for the workflow. |
| Trigger | The specific trigger when used for the workflow. |
| Last Sent/Assigned | The last record that received an activity or email for this workflow. |
| Last Sent/Assigned Date | The date of the last email or activity. |
| Status | The status of the workflow. If incomplete, you can stop future workflow actions. |
