8/26/2024 - Mass Sales Record creation added to Individual Advanced Search

Enhancements to Individual Advanced Search

To help you more easily find Individual Records with specific coverage types, like Medicare, we added new Policy field filters to the Individual Advanced Search filter criteria.

If your search returns results, you can create Sales Records for all found Individual Records. Learn more.

Tab labeling updates

We’re shortening the tab names across Agent Records, Carrier Records, Group Records, Individual Records, Policy Records, and Sales Records for both consistency and brevity.

Please note that no functionality has changed with this update, just the tab labels.

• Notes/Attachments → Notes (Agent Records, Carrier Records, Group Records, Individual Records, and Policy Records)
  
• [Record Type] Detail → Detail (Agent Records, Carrier Records, Group Records, and Individual Records)
  
• Information → Detail (Sales Records)
  
• Personal Info → Personal (Agent Records)
  

New notification badge and counts for missed calls, unassigned calls, and voicemails

We added a notification badge to the Phone icon in the AMS+ app header to improve visibility into outstanding voicemails, missed calls, and unassigned call recordings. A red badge will appear on the Phone icon whenever there are any such items.

Tab navigation updated in My Account settings

Tabs on the My Account page were previously grouped under Servicing and Sales. For a more seamless and intuitive experience, we have redesigned the page layout to unify these groupings and display all tabs on a single page.

Note: No functionality has changed; only the page layout has been updated.
