Policies
When associating or copying an incoming email to an existing individual or group policyholder, you now have the option to relate the email to a related policy record. For more on managing emails in AgencyBloc, see this article.
Please note, you must belong to a security group with the “Edit Incoming Emails” permission to use this new functionality.
Unassociated Emails page > Associate an Email modal
Individual > Emails > Incoming tab
Policy > Emails > Incoming tab
