With June’s updates, we made some enhancements to improve your experience with activities, linked users, and carrier individuals.

Show Linked User on Agent Record

We updated the agent record to add more visibility to the connection between agents and linked users. You can view the linked user in the agent record’s right-hand summary. If you have administrative permissions, you can also update the linked user.

Improve Consistency for Adding and Editing Activities

Consistency:

• We updated the warning messaging so it’s being displayed consistently.
• We updated the order of the fields so it’s presented consistently.
• Moved the “Subject” field above the “Notes”.
• Made minor changes to the “Saved Activities” field layout to reflect the same field order as the “Unsaved Activities”.

We also made some enhancements to add clarity to the “Activity Date” and “Due Date” fields:

• Activity Date - This field describes when the activity occurred. To give more prominence to other fields we minimized it by moving it to a different location.
• Due Date / Time - We added emphasis to this field by including it before “Activity Date” so it’s easier for you to assign a due date.
• We’re remembering whether you would like to make “Due Date” required so you don’t have to remember to check that checkbox every time.

Improve Clarity with Carrier Individuals

We heard there was some confusion when adding individuals to carriers so we updated some labeling when associating an individual with a carrier.
