3/30/2021 - New Sales Pipeline feature
Every insurance agency has a sales process. With the new Sales Pipeline feature, you now have more tools to better track, manage, and analyze your sales process in AgencyBloc.
With the Sales Pipeline, you can create Pipelines for different business types, forecast revenue for your agency, and more. Also, the entire Sales Pipeline feature comes at no extra cost to you. Learn how to get started with Sales Pipeline.
Note: An Administrator may have to update your Security Group settings to give you access to the Sales Pipeline feature. Contact your Administrator for assistance.

Sales Opportunity
- Added a new “Sales Opportunity” record type to help you track potential sales for leads and clients in your Sales Pipelines. It also allows you to forecast revenue for your agency on the Dashboard if you track key data points, like the Value and Expected Close Date.

- Added a new “Product” for Sales Opportunities. Please note, the Sales Opportunity Product allows you to track an insurance product or service you’re selling to a lead or client. It is distinct from Carrier Products.

Teams
- Added a new “Sales Pipeline” function to Team settings. If you turn this function on, you can assign the Team to Sales Pipelines. This function allows Users on the Team to access its Pipelines and create Sales Opportunities in them.

Security Groups
- Added new “Sales Pipeline” permission. This permission allows you to create/edit/delete Sales Pipelines.

- Added new ”Sales Opportunity” permissions. This permission allows you to create/edit/delete and control access to Sales Opportunities.

- Added new “Dashboard” permission. This permission allows you to view lead and Sales Pipeline data on the Sales Dashboard.

Note: You must belong to a Security Group with the “Security Group & Teams” Administrative permission to access these changes. Learn more about related permissions for Sales Pipeline.
Dashboard
- Added a new Sales Dashboard with charts and graphs for monitoring your lead and Sales Pipeline performance.

Contact Records
- Updated Group, Individual, and Agent records to support Sales Pipelines and Sales Opportunities.
- For example, you can now:
- Create Sales Opportunities for Groups and Individuals
- Assign Sales Opportunities to a producer via Agent record

Linked Agents
- Updated Linked Agents to support Sales Pipelines and Sales Opportunities.

- Updated Agent records to now show the Linked User in the right-hand summary.

Automated Workflow
- Updated Automated Workflow to support Sales Opportunities and Sales Pipelines. You can now set up workflows to kick off emails and activities when something happens to a Sales Opportunity. For example, a Sales Opportunity is moved to a new stage in a Sales Pipeline.
