12/29/2021 - New Sales Reports
With this update, you can now run reports on your Sales Pipelines and sales processes.
These reports will help you gain new insights into:
- How much time it takes your agents to contact leads based on Activity and lead dates.
- How much value is in each of your Sales Pipelines.
- The conversion rates and revenue of closed-won Sales Opportunities.
- Qualified and unqualified leads in your sales process.
- Low-performing areas in your sales process.
To see meaningful data in these reports, you must be using Sales Pipelines and Sales Opportunities. Also, we recommend defining your leads and clients in AgencyBloc using Type Categories.
Note: You must belong to a Security Group with the Sales Opportunity “Visible” and Reporting “Visible” permissions to access these reports.

- You can access the new reports from the new “Sales” section in the Standard Reports area.

Please note, you must be using the “Leads” Type Category, Sales Pipelines, and Sales Opportunities to get the most out of these new reports.
Commissions
- With this update, you can now export the high-level details of your Transactions. This includes the total commission received, which you can compare with the amount of total deposits to identify any discrepancies that need to be addressed. See what data is exported.
