Overview
On the Individuals page, you can update many Individual Records at once. You can change Individual Type, Individual Status, and Servicing Agent. You can also add people to Call Queues or remove them.

How to bulk update
You must belong to a Security Group with the Individual “Visible” and “Edit” permissions to bulk update Individual Records in your account.
- Go to the Individuals page.
- In the far left column, check the boxes next to the records you want to update.
To select all records on the current page, check the box in the column header.
- Select the ‘Bulk Update’ button to show the Bulk Update pop-up screen.
- In the pop-up, choose the fields you want to change and set the new values.
Note: Updating Type, Status, or Servicing Agent can trigger Servicing Automated Workflows.
- Select the ‘Update Records’ button to apply and save your changes.

- Individual Status
- Servicing Agent

- Remove from Call Queue*
*These options are only available for AMS+ accounts with the Elevate subscription. Your account must also have at least one Call Queue set up. Learn more.
