Signing in
Once the AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app is installed and open on your device, you'll be prompted to log in.
- Tap Sign into AMS+ to Get Started.
- A login screen will appear.
- Enter your AMS+ credentials.
- Tap Log in to access the app.
Device permissions
If this is your first time logging in, your device may prompt you to allow certain permissions. These permissions must be enabled for AMS+ Talk & Text to function properly.
Allow all requested permissions (such as microphone, notifications, etc.).
Note: If permissions are denied, some features of the app may not work as expected. If you accidentally deny a permission, you can update your settings later in your device's system or app preferences.
Using AMS+ Talk & Text with the AMS+ web Phone Dialer
You can use the AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app and the Phone Dialer (in the AMS+ web app) at the same time.
If the Phone Dialer is open in a web browser and the AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app is active:
- Both will ring for incoming calls.
- If this is disruptive:
- Use the Do Not Disturb setting in the AMS+ Talk & Text mobile app while working in the AMS+ web Phone Dialer.
