Stay connected, wherever you work. AMS+ Talk & Text is a companion app to AgencyBloc AMS+, built specifically to extend AMS+'s VoIP calling and text messaging capabilities to your mobile device. It helps you stay professional, responsive, and available—whether you're in the office, on the road, or meeting with clients or prospects.
IN THIS ARTICLE
Before you begin
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- To make and receive calls, your agency must have the AMS+ VoIP feature active in the web app. This is included in the Elevate subscription package.
- To send and receive text messages, your agency must have the AMS+ texting feature active. This is available on the Grow, Accelerate, and Elevate subscription packages.
- Ensure your device is on Android version 12 or higher or iOS version 17 or higher.
AMS+ Talk & Text features and functionality
- Log in with your AMS+ username and password (SSO)
- Get real-time notifications for incoming calls and text messages
- Search AMS+ contacts by name or phone number
- View your call history—mirrors what's shown in AMS+
- Access recent calls and voicemails in dedicated views
- Make and receive calls directly from your mobile device using the app
- Send and receive text messages from your mobile device
