What is AgencyBloc Intelligence?
AgencyBloc Intelligence (AI) is embedded directly in AMS+. It adds artificial intelligence-powered capabilities to the features you already use, helping your agency reduce manual work, surface relevant client information, and act on what matters.
Every AI capability is purpose-built for health and benefits insurance agencies, designed around the real processes, data, and compliance considerations of your business. AgencyBloc Intelligence is built to support and elevate agents, not replace their expertise, and results are always presented for your review before anything is saved or acted on.

Voicemail Activity Generator
The Voicemail Activity Generator lets you turn an incoming voicemail into a pre-filled follow-up activity. It reads the transcript and the linked Individual Record, then proposes an activity for you to review and save. You can edit the suggested activity before saving or create your own from the same screen.
Available from Communication History > Voicemails tab.
Client Snapshot
With the Client Snapshot, you can generate a concise briefing from a client's Individual Record before a call, meeting, or any outreach. It brings together coverage status, open items, and personal details so you can walk in informed without reviewing every tab manually. Snapshots are saved to the Individual Record and shared with anyone who has access.

Your data and privacy
AgencyBloc takes data privacy seriously, and that extends to every AI-powered feature in AMS+.
- Your data is never used for model training. Information from your AMS+ account is never used to train or improve the models that power AgencyBloc Intelligence.
- Data is not retained after your request is complete. Data sent to AgencyBloc Intelligence to generate a result is not stored after your result is returned.
- Processing stays within AgencyBloc's HIPAA-covered infrastructure. All AI-powered features operate within the same secure, HIPAA-compliant environment as the rest of AMS+.
Security
AgencyBloc Intelligence is built with the same security standards as AMS+.
- Permissions are enforced. Your existing AMS+ Security Group permissions apply to every AI-powered feature. Agents only see and interact with records they already have access to, and results may differ between users depending on the records they can view.
- Sensitive information is protected. AgencyBloc Intelligence is designed to keep sensitive identifiers, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth, out of AI-generated content. Where this information is relevant, the feature describes the intent and points back to the source record rather than reproducing the value directly.
- Data is isolated by agency. AgencyBloc Intelligence features only have access to data within your agency's AMS+ account. No data is shared across agencies.
- Actions are recorded in AMS+. Any activity or update saved through an AI-powered feature is recorded on the relevant AMS+ record, just as it would be if the action had been taken manually.
