Automated Workflow is a powerful tool for automating mundane tasks, reminders, and communications that you want to do, but don’t have the time or system to accomplish. You can create and tailor workflows to your business processes.
With Automated Workflow, you can:
- Stay on top of policy renewals with emails and activities.
- Support your agents by sending license and E&O expiration reminders.
- Create follow-ups by automatically assigning activities to agents.
Activating Automated Workflow
Only your agency’s Account Owner can set up and activate Automated Workflow. There are no activation or service costs. This feature is included, free of charge, with your agency’s subscription.
To activate, go to Automated Workflow and follow the setup instructions.
Who can access and use Automated Workflow is based on your agency’s security settings. For an overview of security settings, review the Managing Security Groups article.
