With Automated Workflow, you can automate tasks in your agency. Automated Workflows are built using triggers (what you’re looking for) and actions (what you want to happen). Use Automated Workflow to increase efficiency and ensure accuracy in your processes. Create workflows to schedule activities and emails for a process from start to finish. Monitor your workflows as actions take place.
With Automated Workflow you can do things such as:
- Stay on top of policy renewals with emails and activities.
- Support your agents by sending license and E&O expiration reminders.
- Create follow-ups by automatically assigning activities to agents.
Using Automated Workflow
Get started with Automated Workflow in AgencyBloc. We’ll cover how to activate and set up the feature.
Automated Workflow is a powerful feature and it may be a challenge to think through all the possibilities of how to use it. As such, AgencyBloc includes six pre-built industry-specific automated workflows.
Workflows are made up of a trigger and actions. Put simply, a workflow is set of actions taken when a specific trigger is met. Use criteria to ensure only the appropriate records enter a workflow. Set your trigger, define criteria, and sequence your actions.
Creating a workflow. Define your workflow name and trigger type. Then, set your trigger and criteria. Set triggers based upon specific data changes or based on dates, like birthdays or policy renewals.
For each workflow, set up actions to take when the trigger is met. Create and send emails. Assign activities to users to handle tasks. Learn how to create and sequence actions to help automate your operations.
After you’ve set up a workflow, learn how to edit and manage workflow details. Change the status of your workflow to activate or archive workflows. Once a workflow is active and taking action, learn what details can be changed.
Learn how to monitor the performance of your workflow. Once your workflow is active , you can monitor the actions as they occur. Review emails sent and activities created by all workflows or view details on a specific record. Learn how to stop a workflow for a record.
