Overview
After creating and activating a workflow, you can track all actions and triggered workflows for a given record. For example, you can see all of the triggered actions across all workflows for an individual to better understand how often you have contacted them prior to an upcoming meeting.
When viewing a record, you will see actions completed, timing details, and workflow data. In this article, you'll learn where to find triggered actions, view triggered workflows.
View triggered actions
After a workflow performs an action, you can view its details on the agent/group/individual/policy record > Workflows > Triggered Actions tab. This tab shows all triggered actions across all workflows for the record in question.
Use this information to catch up on the latest communications sent to a recipient. Also, review and monitor your workflow actions to prepare for any future contact points.

Field | Description |

Subject |
Subject of the action taken. Click to view the email or be taken to the activity. Please note, if you included variable data in the email subject, the subject may differ on each contact record was sent an email from the workflow. |
Action Type | The type of action that was taken - send an email or create and assign an activity. |
Name | The workflow that performed the action. |
Recipient/Assignee | The user or record that received the email or was assigned the activity. |
Date Sent/Assigned | The date the action was taken. |
View triggered workflows
After a workflow has been triggered by a record, you can view the details on the Workflows > Triggered Workflow tab. This tab shows all workflows that a record has triggered.
Please note, a workflow can be triggered by one record while the actions send emails and/or create activities for a different one. Use this area to review, monitor, and manage workflows for specific contacts.

Field | Description |

Name | The name of the workflow that was triggered. |
Trigger Type | The trigger type for the workflow. |
Trigger | The specific trigger when used for the workflow. |
Last Sent/Assigned | The last record that received an activity or email for this workflow. |
Last Sent/Assigned Date | The date of the last email or activity. |
Status | The status of the workflow. If incomplete, you can stop future workflow actions. |
