We’ve made some updates to the dashboards area of AgencyBloc. Now you can build your own personalized dashboard by starring dashboard graphs and saved searches important to you. Additionally, we’ve given Email Marketing an update to provide a more consistent experience between Automated Workflow and Email Marketing.
New - Personal Dashboard
Each agency is unique and you may want to see different items on your dashboard. Now you can. The Personal Dashboard is made up of items you’ve favorited to build a tailored view of your agency. It is the first thing you'll see when going to the dashboards area and can be referred to when you need information quickly.
By default, your Activity List is included to get you started. Add favorites to create a hub of information to gain insight from graphs. Favorite saved searches you’ve created to quickly access real-time lists and reports.

Updates - Email Marketing & Thresholds
We’ve made some updates across the Email Marketing feature in AgencyBloc. You’ll notice an updated and cleaner look to the overview area to help you get at the details you need. After you’ve sent a campaign, you’ll also notice an updated way to interact with and view campaign results. On an Email campaign, you can view a recap, performance, and review email metrics.

Bounce and spam thresholds are now monitored at the campaign/workflow level. This is for both Automated Workflow and Email Marketing. With that change, instead of the Bounces & Spam gauge for the last 30 days, you’ll see a graph of the highest bounces and spams by campaign or workflow.
