New Feature - Automated Workflow
We’ve heard across the board that Agencies are looking to become more efficient in supporting prospect, client, and policy processes. With Automated Workflow you no longer have to manually add activities, nor will you have to manually notify someone that something happened. These steps will automatically occur when you create automated workflows for your business processes. Gain back time in your day and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
With Automated Workflow, you can automate tasks in your agency. Automated Workflows are built using triggers (what you’re looking for) and actions (what you want to happen). Use Automated Workflow to increase efficiency and ensure accuracy in your processes. Create workflows to schedule activities and emails for a process from start to finish. Monitor your workflows as actions take place.

Updates to Existing Features
Email Campaigns is now Email Marketing
We've updated the name of Email Campaigns to Email Marketing to better reflect its purpose. With the update, you’ll now access your automated email campaigns in the new Automated Workflow feature. Your mass email campaigns will stay in Email Marketing. We moved your automated email campaigns to workflows. Rest easy; we’ll set up your workflows just like your automated campaigns. They’ll have the same email content, recipients, status, triggers, and filters so your emails will continue without interruption.
Changes to Lead Forms
The release of Automated Workflow includes an update to Lead Forms. As a part of the release, we’ll transition the email and activity portion of lead forms into new workflows. Pairing Automated Workflow with Lead Forms provides additional email and activity options when a new lead is submitted. We’ll set the new workflows active so that your lead form emails and activities continue without interruption.
You’ll access the new workflows for your lead forms within the new Automated Workflow feature. The workflow name for each lead form will be “Workflow for Lead Form Name.”
Updates to My Account & Settings
We've updated the organization of the settings page to better communicate the purpose of each area.
Also, with the addition of Automated Workflow, we've updated activity notifications to be sent for all users by default. There is now an option to receive email notifications when an activity is assigned to a team you're on.
