After you created and activated your workflows, you can interact with details on records. AgencyBloc tracks actions and triggered workflows for each record so you can see all the data for a record in one place. For example, you can see all of the triggered actions across workflows for a given individual to understand how often you have contacted them prior to an upcoming meeting. When viewing a record, you are able to see actions, timing details, and workflow data. Below, you'll learn where to find triggered actions, view triggered workflows.
View Triggered Actions
Once actions are taken by a workflow, you can view the action details in the Triggered Actions area under the Workflows tab. The triggered actions list shows all of the triggered actions across all workflows for that record. Use this information to catch up on the latest communications sent to a recipient. Also, review and monitor your workflow actions to prepare for any future contact points.
The actions triggered area lists the type of action, the recipient or assignee, date, and which workflow created the action. You can sort the list by clicking on the header of a column. You can also search for or filter actions. When you want to look into details further, simply select a link and you will be directed to that area or record.

Please note, if you included variable data in the email subject, the subject may differ on each contact record was sent an email from the workflow.

|Name||The name of the workflow that generated the action.|
|Recipient/Assignee||The user or record that was sent the email or assigned the activity.|
|Date Sent/Assigned||The date the action was taken.|
View Triggered Workflows
After workflows have been triggered by a record, you can view the details in the Triggered Workflow area under the Workflows tab. The triggered workflows area shows all of the workflows a record has triggered. Please note, a workflow can be triggered by one record and then sent to a different recipient. Use this area to review, monitor, and manage workflows for specific contacts.
|Name||The name of the workflow that was triggered.|
|Trigger Type||The trigger type for the workflow.|
|Trigger||The specific trigger when used for the workflow.|
|Last Sent/Assigned||The last record that received an activity or email for this workflow.|
|Last Sent/Assigned Date||The date of the last email or activity.|
|Status||The status of the workflow. If incomplete, you can stop future workflow actions.|
