Upload your agency's logo
- Select the blank statement logo box, then choose an image to upload.
-
- Logos should be saved as PNG, GIF or JPG and work best with a square orientation (at least 140 x 120 pixels).
- It helps to have margin around the logo in the file. Margin gives you more room to work with in the logo editor.
- Crop and save your image.
-
The cropping editor favors images with a square orientation (at least 140 x 120 pixels).
If your image does not fit this orientation, we recommend that you consult with your agency’s marketing specialist before continuing.
- You’re done.
- Now your logo will appear in the header of PDF statements. You can always change or remove your logo.
Add a statement title & company information
There are six lines that you can use to enter descriptive text about your agency. Each line has placeholder text that indicates what it can be used for, such as street address, company website, and phone number. That said, you can use these lines to add any information that you want. The text will appear in the left-hand corner of PDF statements next to the uploaded logo.
Preview the statement header
Before saving, you can preview all changes in the statement header to make sure it looks exactly the way you want it.

Setting statement formats
If you have agent statement users, you can control which statement formats they can see and run. Each statement format includes general commission statement fields, as well as a few commission-specific fields that pertain to the focus of that format. Hover over the information icons to see the data focus for each statement format.
Please note, at least one or more statement formats must be selected in Agent Statement Settings before your agent statement users can run statements.
