This article explains how to monitor the status of Scope of Appointment (SOA) forms, resend them as needed, and display unsigned forms on the Sales Dashboard.

Requirements
- To view requested and completed SOA forms:
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible permission.
- If you’re an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must have user account Sales permissions to View Sales Records. Learn more.
- To re-send a requested SOA form:
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User or Agent CRM User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Individual Visible and Edit permissions.
- If you’re an Agent CRM User, you need access to Individual Records assigned to your Accessible Agent, and optionally unassigned records.
- You must have user account Sales permissions to View and Edit Sales Records. Learn more.
- To modify Sales Dashboard settings:
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage User and Sales Enablement Visible permissions.
- To perform actions from the Sales Dashboard:
- Same as re-sending a requested SOA form.
How to check SOA form status
You can check the status of any sent SOA from the Sales Record or Individual Record’s Consent tab.
- The status will automatically update once the client/client signs and submits the form.
- If the client/lead has not received or signed the form by the appointment date, you can resend the SOA form via email or text message.
- If you are meeting the client/lead in person, select the 'OPEN FOR SIGNATURE' button to open the SOA form’s PDF and have them sign it on the spot.
- After signing, the SOA form’s status will update to "Completed", and you’ll be able to download the signed PDF
How to view unsigned SOAs on the Dashboard
You can enable the display of unsigned SOAs directly on the Sales Dashboard:
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Find and open Sales Dashboard Settings.
- On the Dashboard Settings page, check the box for Display Unsigned Scope of Appointments On Dashboard (Only display when there are any).
- Choose SUBMIT to save.
Once enabled, any unsigned SOAs will appear at the top of the Sales Dashboard. From there, you can:
- Email the SOA
- Text the SOA
- Open the form for in-person signature
Once an SOA is signed and marked as completed, it will automatically be removed from the Sales Dashboard.
