Will I be notified when an SOA is signed?
Yes. When the SOA form is signed, AMS+ sends an email notification with a PDF copy to the user associated with the SOA.
Can SOAs be sent by text?
Yes. If the record has a primary email address, AMS+ will automatically send an email when the SOA is generated. Afterward, you can refresh the Consent tab to view additional options:
- Email the form link
- Text the form link
- Open the form link for in-person signature (e.g., walk-in appointments).
Can I modify the Appointment Date after the document is signed?
Yes. If you are the user who originally generated the SOA, you may edit any of the following:
- Plan(s) the Licensed Sales Representative will Represent During the Meeting
- Date Appointment is Completed
- 48 Hour Exception Reason
Note: The system will regenerate the SOA PDF every time an edit is saved.
Can I run reports on signed SOAs?
No. AMS+ does not currently support reporting specifically for signed SOAs.
What languages are supported?
SOA forms are available in English and Spanish only.
Can I customize the SOA form, such as adding my logo?
No. The format, design, text, and logo on the SOA form itself cannot be modified.
However, you can customize SOA-related email templates (e.g., include your agency logo or messaging) under My Agency Settings > Marketing Templates.
What is the sales rep ID on the SOA?
In AMS+, the sales rep ID may refer to:
- The agent’s National Producer Number (NPN)
- Writing number
- Carrier Sales IDs
- State License IDs
Do SOA links expire?
Yes. SOA links expire 24 hours after being sent. Once expired, you must resend the link to the recipient.
