How to edit a requested or signed SOA
- Go to the Consent tab of the Sales Record or Individual Record where the SOA is stored.
This example uses an Individual Record but it’s the same process for Sales Records.
- Locate the SOA you want to edit.
- Select the Edit button next to the SOA.
Note: The 'Edit' button only appears if you are the user who originally generated the SOA.
- In the Edit SOA pop-up, make your edits.
You may edit the following fields:
- Plan(s) the Licensed Sales Representative will Represent During the Meeting
- Date Appointment is Completed
- 48 Hour Exception Reason (optional)- Choose SAVE AND REGENERATE PDF.
Note: The system will regenerate the SOA PDF every time changes are saved. Downloading the PDF after each change may result in multiple versions.
