Variable data utilizes field values on records from your AgencyBloc account. Use variable data to personalize your email content. Options are based on the workflow trigger or the recipient for an email campaign.
A few example data items are: individual’s first and/or last name, servicing agent name, policy number, or marketer’s information.
Using Variable Data
Insert variable data into the email editor and when the email is sent, the data from that field is placed into the emails content.
Example: Bob Smith is an individual within your account. In your email draft you type “Dear” and select from the VariableData - [IndFirstName] [IndLastName]
(the variable data will display this in the email draft).
When the email is sent to Bob, the variable data will display as “Dear Bob Smith” in the email. Using variable data helps to create a connection so an individual receives the email with a personalized greeting. The variable data pulls from within your account in the place of the placeholder [ ] you identify during the email draft setup.
