Overview
This article includes email templates you can copy and paste into AMS+ when writing email messages to Agent Records and Individual Records, either via Servicing Email Marketing or a Servicing Workflow.
After pasting a template into our email editor, review the Variable Data. Variable Data are field names that automatically populate your message with data from your account. Adjust the Variable Data as necessary by adding or removing them.
Example: [IndFirstName] pulls in whatever is in the first name field on a Sales Record.
Also, review the text in [red brackets]. These placeholders mark spots in the template that need additional details or personalization, but there aren’t any corresponding Variable Data available for it.
Example: [Enter plan-specific perks here] is a placeholder for you to manually enter plan-specific information.
