Templates for Sales Emails

Overview

This article includes email templates you can copy and paste into AMS+ when writing email messages to Sales Records, either individually one-by-one or through Sales Mass Email or a Sales Workflow.

After pasting a template into our email editor, review the Merge Tags. Merge Tags are field names that automatically populate your message with data from your account. Adjust the Merge Tags as necessary by adding or removing them.

Example: #FIRSTNAME# pulls in whatever is in the first name field on a Sales Record.

Also, review the text in [red brackets]. These placeholders mark spots in the template that need additional details or personalization, but there isn't a corresponding Merge Tag available for it.

Example: [Enter plan-specific perks here] is a placeholder for you to manually enter plan-specific information.
