Visual enhancements to Carrier Notes/Attachments
The Subject, Preview, Files Preview, Last Update Date, and Last Updated By were combined into two columns, and note file attachments are now displayed in the grid with icons. The X icon in the Pinned Note space was replaced with a button labeled Unpin to clarify its purpose.

Updates to Agent, Carrier, and Policy APIs

We made some updates to our Agent, Carrier, and Policy APIs:
- Agents API - Added phone numbers to the Search method.
- Carriers API - Added phone numbers to the Search method.
- Policies API - Changed the default Commission Frequency value to Monthly.
2/15/2023 - 2FA Enforcement at Account Level
Two-step verification (also known as 2FA or two-factor authentication) is a security setting in AgencyBloc that helps protect users against unauthorized login attempts. This setting is currently optional and enabled by each user at the user level, but with growing cybersecurity threats, we’ve had requests to enforce 2FA at the account level.
To help you enforce 2FA at the account level, we made the enhancements below.
Enforce 2FA
If you want to enforce 2FA for all users in your account, please have your account owner send us a request via email.
Note: Once enabled, your users will be required to enter and verify their mobile phone number and activate 2FA the next time they log in to AgencyBloc.
Track 2FA status
To give you better visibility into the 2FA status of your users, we added a new ‘2FA Enabled’ column to the Settings > Users table.
