In July, we modernized the tab navigation in Agent, Group, Individual, Policy, and Sales Opportunity records and re-organized some contact information fields on Carrier records, and added email variable data for Agent License Number.

Consolidating contact info data into one section
On Agency records, the email address, phone numbers, and addresses were stored in separate sub-sections under Contact Info. With this update, the email address, phone numbers, and addresses are now shown in the same section.
Note: How you add the email address, phone numbers, and addresses did not change. Also, existing Agency email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses were not affected.

New Agent License Number variable data for Automated Workflow and Email Marketing
Some states are requiring the agent's license number to be included in all communications with clients. This update added a new variable data field for agent license numbers to support your compliance with these requirements. With this new variable data field, you can now include the agent license number in your Automated Workflow and Email Marketing emails and email templates.
A few things to note:
- The variable data will pull in the license number (always) and licensing state (if available).
- The variable data will not pull in license numbers that have expiration dates in the past or effective dates in the future.
- If an agent has multiple license numbers, each license number will be listed in its own row.

Updates to tab navigation
Some tabs have additional navigation layers or sub-tabs. This increases the number of clicks you have to make to reach your final destination. While each click only takes a second, it can quickly add up. To save you time and improve efficiency, we modernized tab navigation in Agent, Group, Individual, Policy, and Sales Opportunity records.
Please note that we will continue to look for areas where we can improve navigation in AgencyBloc.

Updates to Carrier Detail contact info section
On Carrier records, phone numbers and addresses were stored in two separate sub-sections under Contact Info. With this update, we combined the sub-sections, so phone numbers and addresses are shown in the same section.
Note: How you add phone number and address information did not change. Also, existing Carrier phone number and address information were not affected.
