When you want backups of your files and attachments, let us know. We can run an attachment archive to package up and send all your uploaded file attachments. With this archive, along with AMS+’s reporting features, you can download comprehensive backups of your book of business for safekeeping.
Requesting an archive
To request an attachment archive, have your agency’s account owner contact us at email@example.com or send an email with the account owner cc’ed. When your archive is ready, our Client Success Team will send you an email with links to download your file attachments. Please note, the download links are available for 30 days.
To download your attachments:
- Log into AMS+.
- Click the .zip link(s) in the email to download your attachment(s).
- There are also .txt links. Clicking these links will download documents that list every attachment in your archive. You may find this helpful as an inventory.
