Overview
When you want backups of your files and attachments, let us know. We can run an attachment archive to package up and send all your uploaded file attachments. With this archive, along with AMS+’s reporting features, you can download comprehensive backups of your book of business for safekeeping.
Requesting an archive
Only Account Owners can request attachment archives. If you want an attachment archive, your Account Owner will need to send an email to help@agencybloc.com to open a request.
When your archive is ready, our Client Support Team will send you an email with links to download your file attachments. Please note, the download links are available for 30 days.
To download your attachments:
- Log into AMS+.
- Click the .zip link(s) in the email to download your attachment(s).
- There are also .txt links. Clicking these links will download documents that list every attachment in your archive. You may find this helpful as an inventory.
