My Info
Name
Make sure you have the correct first and last name. Your name is included in the timestamp when you save changes to a record, create records, etc.
Make sure your email is up to date. Activity notifications and email campaigns will be sent to this email address.
Time Zone
Having the correct time zone is important because it affects how you view Activities on the AMS+ Calendar, Activities Dashboard, and record timestamps across AMS+. If you change your time zone, Activities with start/end times and record timestamps will update to reflect the new time zone.
Your Photo (Profile Photo)
Add a profile photo to personalize your account. You can always change or remove the image.
Note: We recommend using a .jpg that is at least 150x150 pixels but no larger than 500 pixels wide.
If you’ve added a profile photo, it will show in Activity Details.
Username & Password
Make sure your username and password are easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. The best way to secure your account is to never share your username or password with anyone.
Two-Step Verification
Add an additional layer of security by tying a mobile phone number to your account. Every time you log in, we’ll text you a unique code to make sure it’s really you. Visit this article for setup instructions.
Activities Calendar Feeds
You can display your AMS+ activities on a calendar outside of AMS+ to see all appointments, events, and Activities in one place by using an iCal feed. Visit this article for setup instructions.
Your Notifications
If you're looking for Sales Record or SMS reply forwarding notifications, go to the Notifications tab. The notification settings in this section specifically apply to Activities.
You can have AMS+ send an email when:
- An activity is assigned to me
- An activity is assigned to a team I'm on
- An email sent to my Activity Forwarding Address can't be associated
Account
Text Messages Are Allowed Between
This setting controls when it’s allowable for you to send SMS text messages within AMS+. Text messages sent outside of the allowable times will be sent out the next morning as soon as you’re back within texting hours
Phone
A field for storing your agent phone number. You can insert this phone number into Sales emails and SMS text messages using the #AGENTPHONE# Merge Tag/Snippet.
Calendar Link
A field for storing your unique Appointment Scheduler link. You can insert this link into Sales emails and SMS text messages using the #AGENTCALENDARLINK# Merge Tag/Snippet.
Custom Fields
Four customizable fields that allow you to store unique information specific to your user account.
You can insert this data into Sales emails and SMS text messages using the #AGENT1#, #AGENT2#, #AGENT3#, and #AGENT4# Merge Tags/Snippets.
By default, these fields are labeled as Custom Field 1, 2, 3, and 4, but they can be modified in Settings > Sales > Optional Features > Custom Agent Fields.
User Type
There are two user types: Account Admin and Agent. If your assigned Security Group has the ‘Manage Users’ Administrative permission, you will be classified as an Account Admin.
- Account Admins have higher-level permissions, including access to all SMS text messages, missed calls, voicemails, unassigned call recordings, and Sales Records.
- Agents have more limited permissions and may be restricted to only their assigned Sales Records.
Note: Only Admins can view this setting.
Record Access
This setting determines whether you can access all Sales Records across your agency’s AMS+ account or only those assigned to you.
Note: Only Admins can view and modify this setting.
User Can Access Unassigned Records (Admin Users Always Have Access)
If you have the Agent user type, this setting can grant you access to unassigned Sales Records.
Note: Only Admins can view and modify this setting.
Agent Dropdown View
This setting controls whether you see all users or only yourself in Agent dropdown menus within Sales Records, Sales Workflows, Sales Standard Reports, Custom Reports, Sales Mass Emails, and other Sales-related areas.

Record Access Permissions
These settings control your ability to view, add, edit, and delete Sales Records. You'll see the names of all Sales Record Types across your agency’s AMS+ account, along with the specific permissions for each one.

Notifications
If you're looking for Activity notifications, go to the Your Notifications section under the My Info tab. The notification settings in this section specifically apply to Sales Records and SMS reply forwarding.
- Send me an email when a new record is assigned to me? - You will receive an email notification when a new Sales Record is assigned to you.
- Send records SMS Replies to My Cell Phone? - You will receive SMS replies to your cell phone. Please note that you must still reply to these messages in AMS+ if you want to continue the conversation. The forwarded messages are only copies of the other person’s replies.
- Cell Phone # - Enter the cell phone number you want SMS replies to be forwarded to. Do NOT enter a cell number that is already linked to a record in AMS+! Doing so could cause a texting loop and trigger the cell carrier's spam filters, blocking all texts to that number.

Email & Calendar Integration
The Email & Calendar Integration allows you to view your email inboxes in AMS+ and save emails directly to Agent, Carrier, Group, Individual, and Sales Records. Learn how to connect your email account.
If you’re connecting a Google or Outlook account, you will have an additional option to sync your calendar to Appointment Schedulers to help prevent double-booking. Events marked in your calendar as "out of office" or “busy” will automatically block off time in all Appointment Schedulers assigned to you.
Note: The calendar sync is for Appointment Schedulers only. Synced calendars will not display anywhere else in AMS+.
Email Forwarding
Email Forwarding allows you to send emails into AMS+ using your unique Activity Forwarding Address. AMS+ will create an Activity for each email and try to match it to an existing record based on the To and From email addresses. If a match is found, the Activity will be associated with that record.
Outlook Email Sync
Outlook Email Sync is an integration with Windows-based desktop versions of Microsoft Outlook. If you download and install our Microsoft Outlook Add-In to your desktop-based version of Outlook, you can sync your Outlook emails to AMS+. Learn more about Outlook Email Sync.
Phone
Add your own Caller IDs to change the number your leads and clients see when you call or text them. Add phone numbers to your personal phone book for quick and easy access in the Phone Dialer.

Add your own Appointment Schedulers, so others can view your calendar and book appointments at times that work for both of you.
SOA/ACA Consent
To use Scope of Appointments (SOA) and ACA Consent Forms, you must add your SOA contact info, signature, and sales rep IDs on the SOA/ACA Consent tab.
Integrations
Set up integrations with third-party apps and tools to sync data and streamline your tasks in AMS+.
- FEX Quotes - You can run quotes on Sales Records using our FEX integration by entering your FEX Access Key.
- Lead Advantage Pro - You can assign your Servicing Agent to new Policy Records created through the Lead Advantage Pro integration by mapping your Lead Advantage ID to your Servicing Agent (Agent Record). Learn more.
