If your AMS+ account is on the Accelerate or Elevate subscription packages, ConnectureDRX’s PlanCompare One and PlanCompare Edge integrations will include Rx Collect prescription and provider data when sending data between AMS+ and Connecture. Learn more about Rx Collect.
Rx Collect one-time verification codes can be sent via text message
With this update, Rx Collect now sends your beneficiaries a one-time verification code based on the send method that was used to generate and send the Rx Collect request link: email or text message. Before, it was only sent via email.
Individual Search keyword filter has improved name and phone number matching
We updated the Individual Search’s keyword filter so you can target names or phone numbers more precisely. Including a comma (last, first) or space between two words (first last) limits the search to name fields, and entering 10 or 11 digits automatically searches only phone number fields. This gives faster, more accurate results and reduces irrelevant matches.
