In October, we added clarifications to our Scope of Appointment (SOA) forms.
10/8/2025 - Enhancements to Lead Advantage Pro integration

10/8/2025 - Enhancements to Lead Advantage Pro integration
Integration updated to support Rx Collect data
The integration with Lead Advantage Pro now supports Rx Collect prescription and provider data. Learn more.
This means:
- When sending Individual Records and Sales Records to Lead Advantage Pro for quoting, Rx Collect data will be included.
- After enrollment is completed in Lead Advantage Pro, the prescription and provider data will be sent back to AMS+.
10/6/2025 - Updates to Scope of Appointment (SOA)
Clarifying text added to SOA forms
There were no regulatory changes for 2025. These updates are purely clarifications, not compliance corrections.
Clarifying language added:
- A statement was updated to clearly indicate that some products discussed may not be Medicare-related.
- A new header was added above the section listing non-Medicare products for better distinction.
- These clarifications are present in the SOA’s digital and PDF formats.
We also updated the SOA digital and PDF formats to be available in Spanish.
After the enrollee signs the SOA, the agent/user can edit a section to provide a reason if the SOA was not completed 48+ hours before the appointment (e.g., walk-in appointments). This section is not visible to the enrollee, only to the agent after signature.
