Completed Rx Collect requests now viewable on the dashboard
To help agencies better track high volumes of prescription data requests, especially during AEP, the RxCollect Requests dashboard now includes a Completed Requests view.
Rx Collect requests can be downloaded from the dashboard
You can now download lists of pending, completed, or all Rx Collect requests from the dashboard.
General improvements to the Rx Collect Requests dashboard
- A new Completed Date column displays for completed requests.
- Completed requests no longer include checkboxes since no further action is required.
- All existing search and sort options now also apply to Completed Date.
- The Send Rx Collect in Bulk button has been moved to the top of the page for easier access.
Clearer commission rate tracking for manual payees
We've made updates to help you better track and understand how commission rates are set and displayed for payees using manual rates based on % of premium:
-
New "Incoming Rate" field
- When creating or editing a payee, you'll now see a new field called "Incoming Rate".
- It only appears when:
- Payment Type is Manual, and
- Rate Type is % of Premium
- This field helps track the rate expected from the carrier and appears just below the Rate Type.
-
"Rate" field renamed to "Payable Rate"
- To improve clarity, the existing "Rate" field has been renamed to "Payable Rate". This is the rate you're paying out.
-
Updated tables for better visibility
- You'll now see "Incoming Rate" and "Payable Rate" columns in:
- The Commission Payees table
- The Payee Schedules table under Commission > Settings
- These columns only display for payees set up with a manual rate type using % of Premium.
- You'll now see "Incoming Rate" and "Payable Rate" columns in:
-
Updated Policy Commissions Payees Report output
- You’ll now see an “Incoming Rate” column in the report output. The old “Rate” column was renamed to “Payable Rate”.
Improved payment type selection and rate table search
-
New “Payment Type” field
- The "Payment Type" field now separates options more clearly:
- Manual Rate: lets you enter rates directly (same as before)
- Rate Table: lets you assign an existing rate table (also the same behavior)
- The "Payment Type" field now separates options more clearly:
-
Streamlined Rate Table selection
- If you select Rate Table, the dropdown now supports type-to-search, so you can type part of the rate table name to find it faster.
-
Where you'll notice these changes:
- Payees section when creating or editing a payee (Policy > Commissions)
- Add/Edit Commission Entries screen
- Payee Schedules under Commission Settings
Lead Forms now include custom checkboxes and fields
Custom checkbox fields are now available on Individual, Group, Agent, and Sales Record Lead Forms. These fields give agencies more flexibility to capture, categorize, and manage lead information in a way that fits their workflows.
