Tips for sharing Appointment Scheduler links
- Go to My Account > Appointment Scheduling to copy links for your assigned schedulers.
- If you have access to My Agency Settings, you can view and copy links for all of the agency's schedulers.
- Add your scheduler link to your agency website so visitors can book appointments anytime.
- Include the link in your email or text message signature.
- Add the link or a QR code to printed materials like business cards or flyers.
- Share the link in follow-ups, confirmations, or client messages.
- Use descriptive calendar link names and meeting blurbs to clearly explain the purpose of the appointment.
Best practices for using Appointment Schedulers
- Keep your available days and times up to date.
- Sync your Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar with AMS+ to automatically block "busy" or "out-of-office" times.
- Set appointment lengths that reflect your actual meeting needs (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes).
- Add clear descriptions and instructions to prepare clients for the meeting.
- Enable Appointment Reminders to reduce no-shows through automated email or text messages.
- Customize the appointment request form by adding extra fields to collect needed information in advance.
- For Medicare or ACA-related appointments, enable automatic SOA or ACA Consent to Contact form creation to streamline compliance workflows.
