It also syncs with Google and Outlook calendars and supports automated appointment reminders to reduce no-shows. Plus, it integrates compliance features like automatic Scope of Appointment (SOA) and ACA Consent to Contact forms for Medicare and ACA-related appointments.

Before you begin

• A Google or Microsoft Outlook account is required, and the account must be connected to AMS+ to sync calendars with Appointment Schedulers.
• Electronic Scope of Appointment (SOA) and ACA Consent to Contact settings must be configured to use automatic form creation.
• At least one Activity Types must exist and be assigned to the “Appointment” category in My Agency Settings so Activities are recognized and tracked as appointments within AMS+.
