Can I block off time for lunch or breaks?
Yes. If you have a connected Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar, AMS+ will automatically block off events marked as "Busy" or "Out of Office" in your external calendar.
To block recurring times (e.g., lunch every day), create a recurring event marked as "Busy" or "Out of Office" in your connected calendar. These times will no longer appear as available in your Appointment Scheduler.
How can I display my AMS+ appointments on my personal calendar?
You can display your AMS+ Activities on your personal calendar by using an iCal feed. This allows external calendars to reflect appointment details from AMS+. Learn more about enabling and using the iCal feed.
Can users create Activities outside of Appointment Schedulers and accidentally double-book?
Yes. Users can manually create Activities that may overlap with existing appointments.
To reduce the risk of double-booking, enable the View Other Users' Activities setting in My Agency Settings > Users. This will display other users' scheduled Activities on the Dashboard and Calendar, improving visibility and coordination across your team. Learn more.
