This article explains how to insert and use layouts when building emails in the Legacy Email Editor in AMS+. Layouts are available only in the Legacy Email Editor used in Servicing Email Marketing (Legacy campaigns) and Automated Workflow (Legacy) email actions.

Requirements
- Email Marketing or Automated Workflow must be activated in your agency's AMS+ account.
- Only the Account Owner can activate it. Learn more.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Email Marketing or Manage Automated Workflow permission.
Insert a layout into an email
- Open an email in the Legacy Email Editor.
- Select the Layouts option in the toolbar.
- Select a layout.
The selected layout is inserted into the email.
Edit content in a layout
- Replace the placeholder text with your own content
- The layout structure remains in place
Add an image to a layout
If the layout includes an image placeholder:
- Right-click the image placeholder.
- Select Image Properties.
- Insert your image.
