This article explains how to add your company logo, update your email template footer text, configure template color settings, and preview your email template in AMS+. These settings apply to Email Marketing, Automated Workflow (Legacy Servicing), Automated Workflow (Enhanced), and Rx Collect.
Requirements
- Email Marketing or Automated Workflow must be activated in your agency's AMS+ account.
- Only the Account Owner can activate it. Learn more.
- You must be logged into AMS+ as an Agency User.
- You must be assigned to a Security Group with the Manage Automated Workflow and Manage Email Marketing permissions.
Access email branding settings
- Go to My Agency Settings.
- Find and open the Email Branding setting.
Add a business logo
Your company’s business logo is used by the following features:
- Email Marketing and Automated Workflow - Pulls into the email header for outgoing emails sent by email campaigns and email workflow actions.
- Rx Collect - Pulls into the Cover Page of the Rx Collect portal.
To upload or change your business log:
- Select the Browse button.
- Upload an image file (PNG, GIF, or JPG).
Recommended image width is 200px to 300px.
Add footer text
Footer text appears in the footer of outgoing emails sent by Email Marketing and Automated Workflow (Legacy Servicing).
The footer text must be set in Branding Settings and cannot be edited in any email editor.
Use this field to include required disclosures or licensing information in all outgoing emails.
You can use simple HTML to format text or insert links.

Set email template colors
These color settings map to corresponding elements in the Legacy and Enhanced email editors.
When selecting template colors:
- Maintain consistency with your website and branded materials
- Avoid hard-to-read colors such as bright red or neon tones
- Use 1 to 2 primary colors
- Use subtle colors for backgrounds and accents
You can select colors using the color picker or enter RGB values.
Update template colors
For most web browsers, you can utilize the color picker to select colors. To update a template color:
- Select a color field.

- Use the color picker to choose a color, then select the OK button.

- If you have a specific color, you can enter it using Red Green Blue (RGB) color values.
- If you have a Hex color code, look up the RGB of that hex color, then enter it.
- Preview the changes at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Save button.
Color picker and browser limitations
Due to browser limitations, Internet Explorer, Edge, and most mobile browsers may require manual entry of a hex color code.
A hex color code is a 6-digit value made up of letters and/or numbers and begins with "#".
