Overview
A call queue is like a to-call list that organizes your Individual Records and Sales Records and helps you call them in the right order. You can start adding records once you have at least one call queue. If you don’t have any call queues yet, see this article to learn how to make one.
Note: Before adding records to call queues, make sure Individual Records have a number in the Home Phone field and Sales Records have a number in the Phone field. Records without those numbers can still be added, but they will not be callable in queues.

Follow these steps to add Sales Records to a call queue.
- Open the Sales Record of the lead you want to add to a call queue.
- In the right-hand summary, locate the CALL QUEUES section.
- In the dropdown, choose a call queue.
- You can add as many as you want. If the dropdown is empty, you will need to create a new call queue.
To remove the record from a call queue, select the X next to the queue you want to remove.
How to mass add Sales Records
- Go to the Leads List and select the ‘SELECT ALL’ button.
- Select the ‘BULK UPDATE’ button to open the Bulk Update pop-up window.
- Choose which queue you want to add all the Sales Records to in the Add To Call Queue field and select the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
You can mass remove Sales Records from a call queue by repeating Steps 1-2. On Step 3, instead of choosing a queue to add the records to, choose a queue to remove the records from.
How to add an Individual Record to a call queue
Follow these steps to add Individual Records to a call queue.
- Open the Individual Record of the person you want to add to a call queue.
- Scroll down to the record’s Contact Info section.
- In the Call Queues field, start typing to find a call queue.
- You need to know the name of the call queue you want to add the Individual Record to. If a call queue is found, it will appear in a dropdown list. If no call queues appear, try different keywords. You may also need to create a new call queue.
- Pick and choose which call queues you want to add the record to.
- You can add as many as you want. The record’s call queues will display directly under the Call Queues field.
- Save.
To remove the record from a call queue, select the X next to the queue you want to remove.
How to mass add Individual Records
- Go to the Individuals page and check the box next to each Individual Record you want to add to a call queue.
- If you want to select all records on the page, check the header box.
- Select the ‘Bulk Update’ button to open the Bulk Update pop-up window.
- Choose which queue you want to add all the Individual Records to in the Call Queue field and select the ‘Update’ button.
You can mass remove Individual Records from a call queue by repeating Steps 1-2. On Step 3, instead of choosing a queue to add the records to, choose a queue to remove the records from.
How to call records in a queue
Dialer Requirement: Click-to-Call, DialQ, and Inbound and Outbound Dialer only work in these web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Our Preference and what we use daily is Google Chrome.
If you have a call queue with some Individual Records and/or Sales Records, you’re ready to launch the DialQ and start calling. The DialQ is a Phone Dialer feature designed specifically for calling records in call queues.
Note: You can add any record to a call queue, but the DialQ Dialer only calls Individual Records with a number in the Home Phone field and Sales Records with a number in the Phone field. Records without those numbers are excluded, even if other numbers exist.
To access and launch the DialQ Dialer:
- Select the ‘Phone’ icon and select the ‘Call Queues’ option in the dropdown menu.
- Select the ‘Launch DialQ Dialer’ button.
- The Dialer will immediately begin to make calls, starting with the first in the list.
