A call queue is like a to-call list. It organizes the leads you need to call, helping you remember to reach out to them in the right order.

How to add leads to a call queue
You can start adding leads if you have at least one call queue. If you don’t have any, refer to this article to learn how to create a call queue.
You can add leads to queues one at a time, in bulk, or you can create Automated Workflows to automatically add leads to queues when certain conditions are met.
Adding a single lead
- Open the Sales Record of the lead you want to add to a call queue.
- In the right-hand summary, locate the ‘CALL QUEUES’ section.
- In the dropdown, choose a call queue.
Mass adding leads
- Go to the Leads List and select the ‘SELECT ALL’ button.
- Select the ‘BULK UPDATE’ button to open the ‘Bulk Update’ window.
- Choose which queue you want to add all the Sales Records to in the ‘Add To Call Queue’ field and select the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
- Now all selected records will be in the specified call queue.
How to call leads in a call queue
Dialer Requirement: Click-to-Call, DialQ, and Inbound and Outbound Dialer only work in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari web browsers. For the most seamless and consistent experience, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
If you have a call queue with some leads, you’re ready to launch the DialQ and start calling. The DialQ is a Phone Dialer feature designed specifically for calling leads in call queues.
Note: A lead's Sales Record must have a phone number in the “Phone” field in order to be included in call queues.
To access and call leads in a call queue:
- Select the ‘Phone’ icon and select the ‘Call Queues’ option in the dropdown menu.
- Select the ‘Launch DialQ Dialer’ button.
- The Dialer will immediately begin to make calls, starting with the first in the list.
