The phone book is a great place to store numbers for frequently-called business contacts and personal numbers. Phone book entries will be readily available for call-making in the Phone Dialer.

How to add numbers to the account-level phone book
If you belong to a Security Group with the “Manage Users” Administrative permission, you can add phone numbers to the account-level phone book. These numbers will be available to all users in your agency.
Go to Settings > Sales > Phone Dialer > Phone Book and add frequently-called numbers as phone book entries.
How to add numbers to the user-level phone book
Anyone can store personal numbers in their user-level phone book. Only the user will have access to these numbers.
Go to My Account > Sales > Phone Book and add your frequently-called numbers as phone book entries.
