Overview
Agent Status is a field that indicates an agent’s level of activity and engagement within your agency. Examples of Agent Statuses include “Not Contact”, “Not Interested”, “Completing Paperwork”, and “Agency Contracted”. You can modify Agent Statuses at the account level in Settings > Servicing > Data & Custom Fields.
You must belong to a Security Group with the “Data & Custom Fields” Administrative permission to add, edit, or remove Agent Statuses.

Additional settings for Agent Statuses
Agent Statuses are primarily used in Agent records and have additional settings for hiding Agents from agent dropdown lists in AMS+. There is also an option for mass updating an Agent Status on all records from one to another.
Additional setting | Description |
---|---|
Hide |
Agents that have a status with the Hide checkbox marked will not show up in servicing agent or additional agent dropdown lists. |
Mass Update |
You can assign one of four categories to a group/individual type: You can mass update all records with one option to another. This cannot be undone, so make sure to double-check before you make the update. Example: Updating all Agents with the status of "Not Contacted" to "Completing Paperwork". All Agents with the status of "Not Contacted" will be updated to "Completing Paperwork". |
