Overview
Contract Status is a field for tracking an Agent’s relationship with your agency. This status will help you know when to notify the agent after their contract has been approved. Examples of Contract Statuses include “In Force”, “Released”, “Vested”, “Terminated”, and “Pending”. You can modify Contract Statuses at the account level in Settings > Servicing > Data & Custom Fields.
You must belong to a Security Group with the “Data & Custom Fields” Administrative permission to add, edit, or remove Contract Statuses.
